Gerald Andrew Gay III, M.Ed.

Head of School

Mr. Gay begins his first year at Robert F. Munroe after a 32 year career with Gadsden County  Public Schools. Mr Gay is a graduate of RFM , Tallahassee Community College, Florida State University and National University. He has an Associate in Arts Degree , Bachelor's Degree and a Master of Arts Degree. He currently holds a Florida Department of Education Certification in Educational Leadership. He has served in many educational roles throughout his career including teacher,coach, athletic director, dean of students, assistant principal and district administrator. He has also served in public office for 14 years as a city commissioner and Mayor for the City of Quincy. Mr Gay is very excited to come and lead his alma mater and school that educated his three children, kindergarten through high school graduation. “Munroe is a special place that has nurtured many young lives to success in life."
